I worked out with a personal trainer for a year doing many of these exercises, the right way! it's really disappointing when people don't emphasize breathing and tightening your abdominals for these sorts of exercises. Those are two key elements to prevent injury, and maximize the benefit of the exercise. the leg lift exercise works better if you go very slowly, and really focus on tightening your abs, with a slight bend in the knee. I would not recommend this.

this is more challenging than it looks

@caliprincess510 you can build muscle but it will stay under the belly, because the only way to reduce the fat on the belly is doing aerobic exercises like running and swimming.

Tammy I would like to know if you can do this workout even if you have a belly because I heard you can't build muscle over fat I have babyfat so.. any advice,. thanks
