Its not too late, you can still get 6-pack abs in time for beach weather this summer! Getting 6-pack abs is quite simple but requires a lot of hard work and dedication. Two things you need to do to get 6-pack abs. The first is to do ab exercises but that isnt as important as you might think. The second, and most important thing you need to do to get 6-pack abs is to lose weight.

A valuable tool in helping you lose weight is a free iPod touch/iPhone application called "Lose It!" by FitNow If you are not good at reading nutritional labels or good with numbers then this application will really help you lose your weight on schedule. This application lets you enter your current weight, your target weight, and how strict you are willing to be with your diet. You then enter how much cardio you do and it gives you a daily calorie allocation. You then can enter everything you eat and make sure that you keep on track for your weight loss goal.

Now lets talk about the ab exercises. Here is a good little workout that takes less than 10 minutes and I would do it 3 times a week.
crunch, as many as you can do
bicycle, as many as you can do
hanging leg raise, as many as you can do
rest and redo 3x
Thats it. As I said, getting 6-pack abs is quite simple but takes a lot of hard work especially because of the cardio and strict nutrition required. The cool thing is that by losing weight you can make a rapid and amazing body transformation! Adding muscle takes years to have a noticable effect but by getting 6-pack abs you can go from invisible to show-stopper in a handfull of weeks! You should look for ' Calory Guard 2 ' . It's quiet similar. Or just create a new account in the US server, `Lose It´ is a free application so you won't have any payment problems or so. I did it and it worked ; )

hey scooby i was just wondering, i've been bodybuilding for about a year now and in that time my metabolism has gone thru the roof!. I was reading on your website that for a 160 pond guy like me should be eating 310 calorie meals with 26g of protein and i said yikes, this afternoon i had a full rack of ribs with fries,corn and a but load of veggies and 3 hours later i was already starving lol, is this bad?
The Hackers diet is a Joke lol...is there any other software similat to "lose it" that I can use on a pc?...

eating healthy makes me feel good. it makes me feel fit just like when im weight lifting. i feel alot better when i choose water over soda or salad instead of a cheeseburger
do leg exercises? duh? Squats for you're quads, running and calf raises for your calfs, good mornings for you're hamstrings. There's a complete leg work out for you! If you don't know how to do these scooby has video demonstrations of this exercise..
OH man I got flu and damn I was out. Over one week without training and as an effect I feel like I've moved backwards by 25%. Do you have any experience with post illnes recovery?

I've heard that if you do 8-10 reps of large weight you will see larger gains in mass but if you do higher reps 12+ you will see more clean cut and defined muscles. Is this ture and if so why?

No, if you do higher reps you won't get anymore cut than if you did heavier weights. Your muscles simple respond to the stress they are provided with and grow. If you want to be defined and cut, your bodyfat level has to be low enough.

Hey kashman92, dont get hung up on numbers. You can lift what you can lift, doesn matter if you bench 135 or 315. What IS important is to use good form, push yourself to the limit, and to make constant and slow progress. Next month you should be doing more reps (or more weight) than you did this month, if not, then you need to completely mix up your workout.

Disasterpiece03: You could experiment with different types of music, and make up playlists. I use different ones for different workouts (cardio/weights/yoga) and different moods.
In general it helps me focus but sometimes I feel the music too hard and I forget about focusing on the exercises.
