i'm great! I lost 200 pounds total and immediatly got pregnant. I just had the baby in October 2009 and am on my journey to lose the baby weight. I have since become a Zumba instructor and currently instruct fitness classes 3x a week...soon to go up to 6x a week. I'm also going on 3/21 to get certified to instruct Aqua Zumba for those that need the no impact due to age/weight/injury. I'm loving my new life and enjoy inspiring others to do the same with theirs.
