If you get yourself some weights, small ones at first, it gives you something to do while watching TV or YouTube videos. It takes a few months, but will make a big difference.

I stopped gaining weight by reducing how much I eat and found out that I really don't need to eat a lot to be full, the thing I did that made me almost automatically loose a little weight was to reduce my candy eating by 90% and I only drink diet soda like pepsi max. but now I am at the stage where exercise would make a huge difference and I have been at this stage for a long long time now LOL I always want to do other stuff haha and I don't have gym nearby just my floor but I lack the will LOL
