@iluvDBSKxiah Yeah i guess. 30lbs in 5 weeks. I dont think thats really healthy. Ur going to lose alot of muscle and probably get more flabby around the arm area, abdominals, and back thighs. U want to be solid u know atheletic built is pretty sexy on girls.

want to lose weight, tick to basic exercises where yo can use alot of weight, these exercises are fine but i would recommend pushups,back squats deadlifts, barbell rows to lose the most weight.

@MiiszLadeeRoyalty94 to be honest, its not gonna happen in a week, but if u do it maybe twice a day, and work hard, im sure in 2- 3 weeks, youll start seeing results :)
