Good advice. This is how I learned the skill. It surprisingly doesn't take more than 2 months to get good at this as long as you were already somewhat strong. Just keep practicing & take slow steps.

lol i just did one of these using chairs and i went pretty deep , it takes shoulder strength training to a whole new level
