andrea is absolutely right. i remember at my slimmest and when i use to work out a lot i discovered really loving myself and giving myself the best i could was my motivation to do what i did to stay in shape. hope i can get there again

I love to hear positive words about how to include exercise into my daily life. I am a young woman and very overweight. One of the main reasons why I'm over weight is because I have thyroid problems. I am taking thyroid meds and it's taking a while to get my thyroids at a good level where I can lose weight without the meds affecting my heart. It's really been a tangled web for me, but I still keep on exercising. Thanks for the postive words Andrea, I need all the encouragement I can get.
