i guess im lucky, i dis like pizza (maybe once a month ill crave it) and i hate fries.. and chips.. and pop... basically any fast food. it just makes me feel gross :P

darling, that's how i lost weight 15 years ago and kept my weight at the same exact level since. that's the secret people, eat nature's foods in great variety. listen to how your body respond to what you're putting inside. amazing hunger at night ? pick on several different things (veggies, fruits, nuts) till you find what it is that your body is asking for. this is the difference between feeling full VERSUS replenished. nothing like feeling replenished (and hungerless) without a full stomach.
