ok honey i am WITH you! i am trying top lose weight as well, I have gained like 30 pounds in the last year, and we are only young ONCE so we gotta look good while we can RIGHT?!? ;) ok so as far as excersice goes i do the elliptical Machine on the "weight loss program" for 30 minutes a day. the machine will alternates between high and low resistance. And trust me the first few times you will feel like you are going to DIE.

Well done and everything but i probably would have been more impressed if you done it the proper way. Your choice and there may have been good reasons, but personally i dont think surgery should be the answer to everything.

First off let me say to those who think of weight loss surgery as the"easy"way out you should educate yourself,there have been people who go back to their old weight after loosing weight&dont loose weight AT ALL! It takes just as much work and effort to loose weight to have the surgery,you have to be more conscious of what you eat change your habits completely or you risk serious health issues, So really, Its amazing and inspirational because it weight loss& it has saved many peoples lives
