Description: Yeah, I aint no skinny minny yet, and yeah, showing you me, in my sports bra and swim bottoms makes me nervous, but I need someone to tell me, how do I look? How could I improve? Anything specific? And YEAH, I KNOW I'm fat! Lol, that's why I'm posting this! You don't need to go all out and tell me what I already know. :-P Just help me with some tips, constructive criticism, and yeah, I work out and have been eating healthy, just give me certain workout tips and foods in general. You're all awesome, and heck, so am I!! :-D

Yeaaah. I am currently now fatter than I've EVER been. Just a bit of an update. Yes, stress and depress does lead to laziness and excess consumption of food...

Wow your really an Inspiration My whole life i was big 1 year ago I started at 190 pounds and im Pretty short.Today im 135 pounds.Its extremely hard but keep up the good work.Now im just trying to get back into shape:)

Thank you. And yes, I laugh a lot! I love to laugh. I find that tanning tightens my skin, making it almost more elastic, if that makes sense, which is a good thing. I burn so easily though, so I gotta be careful! And swimming in saltwater.. that's a new one! Thank you for the info! I'll take any bit of info you have for me, you're a very healthy and energetic person, which is awesome! :-)

My sleep varies. I sleep anywhere from 6 to 10 hours a day depending on my work schedule and YES, haha, I have tons and tons of hair! I love korean foods, anything asian, it's so delicious and healthy. :-)

Thank you. My skin is alright. I do have blemishes and stretchmarks, but who doesn't? :-)

eat raw foods, how about lots of soups!

I would reccomend stretching alot and get massages frequently to loosen fats in the upper skins. Tanning also cuts fats in the upper skin areas where it is hard to loose. I also think you need lots of "cardio" workouts like stair-climber at a high pace. swimming in salt water helps remove water from the outer skins also. and most of all laugh alot...it helps your mid-section. I think that you are young and smart and you have the time and energy to accomplish all that you desire.

eat korean food! you look like you have a good base. I think you are made for strength type of lifestyle. You have tons of hair which means you are healthy. How many hours a day do you sleep?

I don't think you really need to lose weight just tone a little. You have really good skin btw.
