Oh ok thats perfect! I intend to walk 1 mile around the track every day at first, and move up from there. I now know that excercise is not mandatory for the program. Thank you again! You've helped tremendously :)

Sure. You get these packets of food, they are sort of like powdered meals and you add water then heat em up, or you can cook em on the stove. You eat that five times, like every 2 hours or so, then you eat a meal of protein (like fish or chicken) and a vegetable or salad. It keeps your hunger at bay and tastes pretty good. I like to add tapetillo or other spices to make it spicy or more flavorfull. I liked the chili, pudding, and shakes the best!
