Honestly, based on what I've seen on a lot of weight loss and diet sites, the information is inaccurate, not scientifically based, and, in some cases, could even be detrimental to someone's health. If you're not a nutrition and exercise expert yourself, how are you supposed to differentiate the good from the bad? but this video i heard helped people lose 10 lbs. i don't know i haven't tried it yet but thought i post it here

the alternative is pretty much the white person version since most of them involve jumping

Can't wait to start. I start monday. I will do this exercise Mondays, Wednesdays, And Fridays for the whole month of September. In between those days I will do 100 sit-ups. I'm hoping to loose 7 pounds a week. So then I would be 105 pounds. Right now i'm 140. I can do this!!

if i do this, im afraid the next day i may not be able 2 get out of bed :P

@17463746 I've been trying to keep doing it, but i end up like if a truck went over me, still i have lost 10 lbs over 5 days, pretty much is working well, hope i keep doing it cause its massively aching, and u to keep going!

The excersises I understand but what do I eat? Like what is the perfect dieet? Not too strict cuz im not fat I just want a tight body(hopefully even a 6-pack). I try to do excersises but I dont eat healthy enough to lose max weight I think, so please does any1 know a good dieet? I am 17, my length is 1,89M en I weigh 81KG

I like it. I might not recommend too much weight with jump squats, because you might get hurt with that.
