I am a high school kid tht wants to loss my belly fat before the summer in about 3mounths I was just wondering if I do this workout 5 times a week if I will loss the weight???

3-4 times a week but when you do it... you repeat what's in the video 2-4 times

This work out seems really good and im going to start doing it, but before i do i have some questions xD. How many times do you do this workout in one week. In the video it says only 3 times but in the middle it says do it 2 to 4 times again... Sorry but im just a bit confused =(. I just don't want to hurt myself while I try to get fit . I was reading also the free ebooks and free diets that i found on the: DIETASYPESO (dott) COM Im very happy that i lose 15 Lbs in just 2 weeks and never recover any weight back !

i'd say do this, with jogging, weight lifting and sit ups

@gangsterboyJ yeah you can do this if you're 13 because its cardio, i'd suggest go jogging...jog (at a jogging pace not running) untill you cant jog anymore, then walk about the same distance...as you get fitter it will increase, also when you go through puberty you can start weight training which i prefer to cardio because its quicker lol
