why does the m3 shotgun say it has 900 firepower and the hydra shotgun has 550 firepower when the hydra is alot stronger

the egg weapon is the best.. thats for damn sure its epic, & fun to kill enemies with.. its my weapon i like to use in team survivors.. have any of you tryed going through the missons using only eggs or grenades??.. if not you should try it XDDDD
