@Magnet108 It is possible to integrate our systems with a controlling fire panel, but sadly not a stand alone 12v smoke head. The other thing to do is install "hold-off" detectors that so that they must also be triggered in order to trigger the smoke system. This would help stop the smoke activating in the event of a false alarm.

you should really make a smoke detector proof smoke because when every are alarm goes off (rarely) the smoke detectors that arent linked to the system all go off! but just to say what a great system and has stopped a burglar from stealing stuff from our house!

i experienced the power of smoke in a paintball war, my team stormed a building and the other team smoked us. the room filled quickly even though they had low end foggers but they had a bunch of them so it went quickly. when you have zero visibility its hard to do anything. my conclusion is that smoke is very effective.
