the bit about the thyroid - what happens if you have had a thyroidectomy and no longer have a thyroid?

You should have your own television show. You actually make sense and would help a lot of people who don't need to lose weight not gain weight. I think everyone needs to learn how to eat healthily even if they don't need to lose weight.

thanks man! i think thats why i've limited my fat, cuz i aint doing enough weight training

im asuming to loose wait...all you really need to do is quit eating processed/fake food...eat veggies for meals and fruit for snacks? water..then work it all off at the end of the day?...

BRO!....your too much!!.....I cannot get enough.....you know when you learn something....and it makes sooo much damn sense....it almost brings tears to your eyes....why?.....BECAUSE ITS TRUTH RIGHT!....yea....well after watching just 2 or 3 of your videos.....I keep experiencing that.....and its only because of truth....Everyone....I have spent A LOT of money on "Great" trainers and supps....but no one ever educated me like this....always the same pitch and bad practices. Thx again bro!!

it probably work for you mister ectomorph but not for everyone

I have never really heard of people eating popcorn to lose weight. It's an oxymoron if you're microwaving it too. Great Video.

THIS GUY IS GREAT THANKS GOD / ALIENS THAT I FOUND THIS

OMFG, finally someone who knows that coconut oil is GOOD for you!

i just wanted to point this out DONT GO ON A (DIET) ! really, GO ON A CHANGE OF EATING! if you go on diet then you going to change your food for 1 month or so, then when u lost the weight u wanted, you will go back to eating your regular food, then? YOU GAIN THE WEIGHT BACK, over 80% people who lost their weight, gains it back

Excellent!!! Now... why can't other fitness experts or doctor's explain it that way? Don't need big words, don't need 800+ pages. All it takes is simple, every day language. Thanks Sean, for keeping it simple. Please add me to your fan club!

Weight loss is easily obtained by simply doing some light/moderate higher-rep resistance exercises twice weekly (per muscle group) & EATING SMART. That means eating just a few hundred calories less than what your body needs daily *in nutrient packed foods*, with pretty much the only carbs you ingest coming from vegetables (& fruits). Also, AVOID all processed sugars. Doing that, you will safely, steadily & easily drop about 2-3 pounds per week, once you get your routine rolling properly.

very well explained . thanks ............

@airplaneking I suggest you go learn. Cardio does reduce muscle, it's proven scientifically that in such exercises muscle tissue is used. Plus, logically, the more cardio you do, the more efficient you become at it. So for the same amount of burnt calories, after months of cardio, you'll have to do mantain the rythm for more time. You only need to look at marathon runners. Cardio is good to do, but only in moderation. 20 minutes sounds about right.

every Body has a diferent reaction to diferent Diets, so, For me Fatburners have been Work, also a Low Carb Diet. A lot of Excersice is also fine. Eat lees is 50% of the "fat loosing programm" and, what more? discover you body and the biggest thing is, you have to want it and believe in you goals, nothing more. If you dont have this better put the money for Spycology instead of fatburner or magic fat loosing programms.

What if I like doing cardio for an hour?? Running is therapeutic to me and I enjoy running for long periods of time and thinking about my life and listening to music.

@rasika86 hi, 1.5hrs of weight training is too much, 1 hour is best (depends on your brakes), next thing is - i think youll be "overtrained" - your body needs a little rest, just take a rest sometimes ( i mean whole day), but 2 lbs a week is nice... dont forget its the FOOD what works mostly... dont eat "fast sugars" (only after workout), stick to "long carbs" ( oat, rice, wholemeals, etc), eat small portions 6times pro day (every 2.5hrs), forget slimfast

Am I wrong? From what I've learned: You will still gain weight if you eat too much (over your BMR) be it from 'bad' or 'healthy' foods ..

Im confused because what I've read / learned / experienced is different then your approach on 'a calorie is a calorie'. For example. Imagine we have a test person with a BMR of 2000 calories per day and doing no additional exercise. He's on a 2500 'bad food' diet, he will gain weight. If you put him on a 2500 'healthy food' diet with healthy fats and stuff he will still gain weight!

@zap22it I was responding to what he said about how your body uses muscle for quick energy which is not true. Your comment has nothing to do with that albeit is correct.

@airplaneking but more muscle = more burning of calories

@rasika86 Meal replacements are usually full carbs, some sugars and fats.If losing weight i wouldnt recommend meal replacement.Go on a proper diet.Stay away from bad carbs eat more proteins and try taking weight loss supplements to help. Another reason. You're probably burning fat but not losing weight because of the gym regime.

@1234sick5678 people think that running burns a lot of calories but actually running 1 mile will probably only burn on the average individual about 30 - 50 cals. The body burns most of the calories just by keeping us alive.
