wow I should totaly show this to my step mom, She eats these diet foods thinking she will lose weight, and starves herself and just winds up eating 1500 calories of junk food instead of "real" food. and she doesn't want to lift weight becuase she doesn't want to be "muscular" I knew i was right haha. (I just told her to lift weights)

Wow I didn't know that. Your video is great. I usually ran like 2 miles at an average speed of 9 to 10 mph even 11 sometimes at the gym. I thought I would lose some stomach there. I would sweet a lot but never noticed my body slimming down or anything. In fact I noticed I would gain weight. yeah I would do stomach excersises after that. But no matter what I do I cant get a six pack. What I'm I doing wrong?

great video for peole who are completely lost or clueless on this stuff. really infomative. However i think its pretty disgusting that you're advertising palm oil as a healthy fat and basically condoning the destruction of the little rainforest the world has left, especially in the Malay-Indonesion area where the wildlife has been absolutely devastated. Whilst educating people about how to treat their bodies, you shouldn't be selfish and disregard the world outside the U.S too.

If you want to lose more fat you need to do more cardio 20 mins on a tredmill or w/e you do isnt enough. If your weight training pick a body part and work on that once a week lol there are 5 major groups you can focus on so a good 4-5 days of work too. Your eating is ok just remember if you wanna lose fat dont eat fatty foods eat lean means eat about 4-5 times a day every 3 hrs lol let your food metabolize.

@sp3nji Out of curiosity, how much less than your normal intake is this? He explains that it's bad to massively cut your calorie intake.

those are interesting. myself i've been eating postly poultry and veg's and drink some extra protein in the day . i've been in the gym on average 3 t0 4 days a week. 10 to 20 min's tops cardio reasonable wt. and wk my abs every time i'm in the gym. not getting the results as fast as i like . any tips?

You can take vit c and a bit of whey/BCAA before your cardio to reduce catabolism.

stumbled on your videos. Imho you hit the nail on the head and your points of view fall in line with a book I read called "enter the zone" from the 80's . have you read it... Quik question. how do you feel about the Spining class. Ya or nay? is it too intense?
