I had the problems with weight but the thing that helped me was the diet plan recommended from my friend..you can find it on burnthatfatnow.info 6 month ago I have lost all my extra pounds and have no problem in maintaining weight any more...try it definitely, also many useful information there ;)) kiss

To shed your weight all you have to do is at least take a lot of walk around for about 5km daily ..you will be surprise about amount of fat you'll lose or burn,that's what I do everyday...But exercise can also help a lot if you don't mind going to any gym around your environ just to put you through ...This techniques am watching is very good if only you're stronger..

why don't you bring a fat women so we see if it works and see if she can do it you're bringing skinnyh one's and we don't belive if they lost weight with this exercise try to bring some one else

@crackedwalnut P.T. Barnum never said there's a sucker born every day. someone esle said it, and well, he got the credit for it. I am going to film myself doing these exorcises, only I am going to do them every other day insted of twice a week. If it doesn't work, then it doesn't work, but don't compleatly bash something until you know the entire truth!

@Chocolate26697 I understand, to be honest I would like to see how a overweight person is progressing through these steps to see how efficient it is while going on a diet with food and taking walks.

@Chocolate26697 - They only show the fit people to lure the suckers. The people they show on these infomercials are about 22 years old with a metabolism that will burn fat even if they stay in bed all day. Right from the start they are insulting you (us). If they were to show actual people who need to lose weight, they couldn't "cash in". Like P.T. Barnum said, there's a sucker born every day.

As of i know you actually stay fat when you eat same food everyday it's like your stomach will say "i won't digest this cause i'm use to it" so you need to eat many different foods everyday.

@Chocolate26697 true they don't need to lose anymore weight, but they still want to keep fit and healthy, only way to do that is exercise.

I'm not sure about that but these exercise could be helpful for fitness and having muscles but do they really help for losing weight and burning ??
