Do you eat every two to 3 hours? Along with proteins, carbs, etc? Don't stress it. Everyone goes through that period. Dieting won't do, or cutting calories. It'll just make me crave more and more. Thus, you gaining your weight back.

I'm with you and everyone else. I have gained and lost the same 40-50 pounds over 15 years. Didn't want to start on 1/1/10....I don't know it just seemed to cliche for all my previous attempts. Good Luck will be watching.

oh yes girl im 5'1 and im trying to lose 30 pounds...but you do yo thing girl! and pray i will lose weight to lol

try droping the meat or reduce how much of it you eat and reduce your suger intake.

i'm in the 170's...my goal is to make it back to the 150's

Im going to be honest. All I did was pay attention. I still dont count calories as much, but eating food that is obviouslly not bad. I do work out, I at least power walk or do an houe of cardio 3-4 times a week and just have common sense. Dont eat foods that are bad. Cake, starbucks, fried foods re bad, have them as little as possible. Every once in a while Ill have some cake or ice cream, but then I remember to adjust my food intake that week to make up.

Honey...I know the feeling I lost over 80lbs one time and gained it all back plus 50! It was a horrible feeling but I have lost 50lbs so success is right around the corner you can do it!
