@LarryTheSwanson People argue facts all the time, and then find out that it was not true! It used to be a fact that the world was flat. So saying its a fact doesn't mean it can't be disproved. And anyways.. muscle burns fat.. so if one has muscle in one part of the body.. that muscle will burn the surrounding fat. If you can't target areas.. then why is it the stomach takes longer to go away when running than sit ups or twists?

@giantcrayonpillow i think he means if u can fit ur whole arm through that means ur tummy sticks out more so theres more space for ur arm to fit. if only like half ur hand then that means less tummy sticks out and ur back would b flatter against the wall if that makes any sense hth, :)

Sounds so dramatic! Secrets.....of the POOCH belly.....

I can fit my arm through the space by my lower back. So my pelvic is definitely slanted too much. I had a vocal coach try to get me to 'stand properly'. I can't do that unless I bend my knees though, and I can't hold that position for long. i certainly CAN'T walk around like that. I think I've always been like this and I have a muscular condition so I don't see how it can be fixed.

@pitolove71 I would love to have a personal trainer, but you have to understand that not many people can afford it.

@jon93ek Seeing a good chiropractor will help for sure. I've been going for a few years, and he's great. :) i haven't worked out in a long time (getting back into it now) and did the wall test and passed because i have good posture-results of regular adjustments.

uhm. I have a hyper flexible back, because ive done contortionism. when I did the wall test my whole arm could fit through. My back is super flexible and my posture is different. what do I do?
